It all started with “The Biebs.” Hanna Marin, the “Pretty Little Liar” with the quickest wit and most masterful eye roll, got into some Justin Bieber banter with Rosewood’s resident bad boy Caleb when she found herself in detention in a January episode. Clearly, this was the start of a beautiful thing. We knew Caleb was more naughty than nice thanks to his long hair, handy phone hacking skills, and cut-off gloves, which, incidentally, were also our first indication that he didn’t have a place to call home. When Hanna found out, she snuck him into her basement, where he stayed unbeknownst to her mom. In “The Badass Seed,” their game of dodging Mama Marin found a clothed Hanna jumping in the shower with an unclothed Caleb, who joked, “You wanna share a towel, too?” But joking aside, by the end of the episode, Hanna and her knight in not-so-shining armor shared a 360 degree kiss that makes the 14 year olds in us swoon.

Remember when Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) wasn’t around to sweep Hanna (Ashley Benson) off of her feet? Yeah, neither do we — and we like it like that. This bad boy makes the addictive Pretty Little Liars even better with his quippy one liners, heartbreaking back story, and delightfully earnest approach to romance. We flipped out when it looked like he was leaving at the end of Season 1, and then again in the Season 2 summer season. All we want from the 2012 is for Caleb to stay in Rosewood for good. (Well, that and the answer to all 10,000 questions we have about “A.”)
